Shipping & Returns

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped from New York City and are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and do not account for delays caused by payment authorization, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once your shipping label has been created.

Pre-Orders

For items marked as Pre-Order, please refer to the estimated delivery window listed on the product page. While we make every effort to meet projected delivery dates, production and transit schedules are subject to change.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we accept returns from customers located within the United States only. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible U.S. orders may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact hello@amelia-designs.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Once your request has been approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving return authorization.

A $15 return processing fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unused condition.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Items must be free from signs of wear, damage, alterations, odors, makeup, perfume, or stains.

Please note:

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Items worn for photoshoots, press placements, styling purposes, events, or content creation are not eligible for return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Amelia Designs does not cover return shipping costs or the cost of shipping exchanged merchandise.

Amelia Designs is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Amelia Designs reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@amelia-designs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we may assist you promptly.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For many international destinations, applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. If these charges are collected, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

If duties and taxes are not displayed at checkout, they are not being collected by Amelia Designs and may be assessed by your local customs authority upon arrival. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs regulations, duties, taxes, and import requirements vary by country and are subject to change without notice. Amelia Designs is unable to control or predict any charges that may be imposed by local authorities.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender, any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and related expenses incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for complying with the import regulations and customs requirements applicable in your destination country.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting hello@amelia-designs.com.

Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please note that certain items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, made to your specifications, personalized, or cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.
